Banks Valuation provides residential and commercial appraisal coverage across key markets in the United States. Our structure combines experienced local appraisers with a centralized support team that handles assignment coordination, communication, quality control, and delivery.
Each of our markets is intentionally developed and actively managed. We only operate in areas where we can support our appraisers and our clients with the right infrastructure in place. From attorneys and lenders to brokerages and institutional firms, our partners know what to expect no matter where the order originates.
We are currently active in over 20 states and continue to grow where demand aligns with our standards.

We build coverage with purpose. Every appraiser we bring on is vetted, trained on our internal systems, and supported by defined processes for communication, file management, and quality control. That structure allows us to maintain strong turn times, accurate reporting, and responsive service in every market we serve.
We do not launch new regions just to say we cover them. We prioritize depth before scale and performance before volume. When clients work with us in multiple states, they experience the same structure and communication style across the board. That consistency is what sets us apart and keeps our partnerships long-term.
